Adarsh Reddy Perapola is a highly skilled Systems Engineer with a passion for innovation and mechanical engineering. With a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from VIT and a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cleveland State University, Adarsh has honed his skills in manufacturing, design, and advanced math and physics. He has also conducted research in Material science on titanium alloys that would benefit the orthopedic industry. Adarsh's experience in the industry includes working as an Oracle Database Administrator at American Technosys, Inc, where he migrated Oracle on-premises Oracle databases to Oracle Cloud using different migration options. He also supported daily administration, monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting on single instances on Unix/Linux, Windows servers. Adarsh has also worked as an RPA Engineer at Nortek Consulting Inc, where he implemented End to End Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using UiPath. He developed robots using UiPath to automate and accelerate 80% of standard business processes with minimum human intervention for remaining non-standard processes. Adarsh is currently working as a System Engineer at Infosys, where he is integrating RPA, ERP, and programming into his skill set to become a malleable engineer ready for Industry 4.0. Adarsh's technical skills include SQL, research scientist, test, and frontend. He is a quick learner and has the ability to work collaboratively with students and teachers to boost his social skills and better prepare him professionally. Adarsh is a highly motivated individual who is always ready to take on new challenges and constantly strives to improve himself.
